KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
  • Protecting the interests of the largest design organization in the former USSR in the field of the construction of enterprises for the production of polymer materials in a long-standing dispute over the removal from illegal possession of the building of the institute in the city of Moscow. As a result of the dispute, the institute’s building was returned to the ownership of the company, a number of false tenants has been forcibly evicted; Subsequent restoration in the interests of the current shareholder of full corporate control over the company.

  • Advising and representing the interests of a group of freight forwarding companies (the leader in the automobile freight transportation market with a fleet of about 5,000 cars) in arbitration courts in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region in 22 interrelated corporate disputes. The conflict was resolved by mediation under the terms of the client.

  • Successful resolution in the Judicial Chamber on Economic Disputes of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of a resonant tax dispute on the issue of applying the thin capitalization rules, as a result of which the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation changed the negative practice for taxpayers of applying the corresponding article of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

  • Settlement of a unique legal dispute in the Judicial Chamber on Civil Cases of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, as a result of which the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation introduced legal certainty regarding the issue of whether persons insured under travel medical insurance contracts have the right to file claims to the Russian insurer for insurance compensation not paid to a foreign medical institution.
